"Ellen was absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend her enough. Her knowledge and expertise in property value for both current market adjustments as well as appraisal was spot on. We missed out on two places before closing on a third and we are so incredibly happy that we did. Ellen was very honest with us and helped us to understand the value or each property and what it would take to bring up to our standards with renovations and remodeling. There were houses that looked really nice in pictures and then when we showed up, they weren’t so nice and she was honest with us and told us this is not our house. This happened on more than one occasion.
